This is accomplished by offering a structured, high-energy group workout, utilizing functional body weight movements with light to moderate loads.

Our classes will always consist of a comprehensive warm-up, before moving into 15-20 minutes of conditioning designed to help you simultaneously burn fat and build strong, functional muscle. All of our workouts are scalable, making them appropriate for all ability levels!
